Summary of Job Duties:

This position will be responsible for the leadership of the Warrenton, MO plant and will maintain on-time deliveries and high quality; improve production efficiencies through comprehensive resource planning, lean manufacturing techniques, and disciplined production processes; achieve low cost producer status while maintaining total customer satisfaction; work with product development teams to ensure optimal integration of product and production processes; create and maintain a work environment consistent with long-term employee satisfaction.

Qualification 1: B.S. in Engineering or other technical discipline, MBA preferred.

Qualification 2: Previous leadership of more than 100 employees

Qualification 3: LEAN experience, including Shop Floor Management System, Value Stream Maps, Standardized Work Events, TPM, SMED, 5S, Kaizen.

Qualification 4: Ability to understand and analyze technical data.

Qualification 5: Ability to read financial statements.

Qualification 6: Ability to be on shop floor 75% of time.

Qualification 7: Prefer candidates with: SAP knowledge, including APO; union background; knowledge of welding, coating, assembly, stamping operations; knowledge of Manufacturing Execution System; previous experience in heavy equipment manufacturing; experience in high volume, high mix production environment; focus on employee development in a LEAN environment.

Travel Requirements: Approximately 20% domestic and international travel
