Position Summary

The Players Club Representative is responsible for signing up players for our Passport Players Club, educating guests on casino promotions and events, and creating a positive environment for our players by providing above and beyond customer service. The Players Club Representative may also report to the Director of Marketing for special marketing events and the MOD.

Essential Job Functions

• Enroll guests into the Passport Players Club at the Promotions Booth
• Recruit new guests to join the club on the casino floor
• Communicate new sign up and ongoing casino promotions to our guests
• Maintain current knowledge of all events, promotions, and special functions to provide information to guests with accuracy
• Ensure the highest possible standards of guest service are provided by listening and responding to guest concerns and questions
• Collect player contact information during sign-ups and while walking casino floor
• Ensure data integrity by protecting guest information in the Casino Management System
• Handle special requests and ensure guest satisfaction

Job Qualifications

• A valid Nevada Gaming License is required
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 1 year minimum customer servicehospitality background required
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude always

Physical Requirements

• Work indoors and move throughoutthe property, lift, bend/kneel & work outdoors, hearing, vision, speech, and literacy (critical), and work in smoky, noisy, hot, cold, or humid environments
• Ability to move or lift up to 50 lbs.
