As a residential service plumber, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of plumbing issues in our customers' homes. From leaky faucets to clogged drains, you will use your expertise to ensure our customers' plumbing systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You must also have a valid plumbing license and be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Additionally:

Job Duties

• Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Join the on-call rotation.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Licensed with knowledge of local plumbing codes and ability to make on-the-job applications.
• Develop proven track record in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing and repair.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
• Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today.
• Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.
