The Sonder Shaker in Northeast Minneapolis is looking for a professional server to join our team!

Seeking individuals who want to engage with guests on a genuine level and offer our neighborhood authentic hospitality. Our servers are expected to guide guests through the menu and provide food and beverage recommendations that exceed expectations. We don't operate with a script, and pride ourselves on a healthy disdain for the corporate restaurant way of life. We are proud to be an independent and locally owned establishment.

JOB INFO:

• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, colleagues, and management.
• A keen eye for hospitality and a willingness to find a way to accommodate our guests however we can.
• Weekend availability required.
• Flexible schedule.
• Cocktail and spirit knowledge required.
• Minimum 1-year serving experience.
• Evening availability starting no later than 5pm, 3pm preferred.

Pay: $13/hour plus tips
