Join our I.T. Team as a Portfolio Analyst.

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the position of Portfolio Analyst.

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.
Location: Hybrid working/Flexible working hours (occasional days required in Head Office as and when needed)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Tracking project deliverables, status reports, risks and issues and expenditure.
• Managing the transformation portfolio budget, monitoring expenditure, costs and reporting against originally defined budget.
• Managing and compile programme related financial and KPI information.
• Preparing and presenting cost-benefit analyses to support business case development and the implementation of projects.
• Providing and maintaining capacity planning and resource tracking service across the Programme.
• Supporting Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting; Financial Management; Change Management across the project portfolio.
• Facilitating PMO meetings and act as first point of contact to manage PM queries.
• Creating reports/governance packs to present to programme managers and stakeholders.
• Guiding and coaching project/delivery teams in applying Agile methodology, practices and values to their maximum potential.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Experience of working in a PMO related role.
• Experience of working on Projects or in a Portfolio Office.
• An excellent understanding of financial control processes.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel in particular).
• Strong initiative, able to follow through delivery of work without step by step instruction.
• Relevant experience working in Agile delivery environment or team.
• Innovative and creative thinking, able to take a problem root cause and provide solutions.
