Tampa VIP Pool Service is Growing. We are looking to hire a trustworthy and reliable pool service technician to service and maintain our customers' swimming pools.

As a pool service technician, you’ll be working directly with our valued clients. It’s important that you act professionally, answer their pool maintenance questions thoroughly, and provide them with a high level of customer service. So previous experience in a customer-focused role is preferred.

Pool Cleaner Job Duties

Pool cleaners have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

• Removing debris from the pool using nets and other tools
• Maintaining chemical levels by adding chemicals as needed
• Vacuuming the bottom of the pool using a specialized vacuum
• Testing the water temperature, chemical balance, and clarity of the pool water
• Cleaning the pool by brushing algae off the walls and vacuuming algae off the floor
• Cleaning the pool equipment such as filters and motors to ensure they are working properly
• Chlorinating the water according to standards set by health agencies
• Cleaning chemical containers and equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters

Pool Service Technician Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Professionalism and strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with common pool maintenance products and techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Tampa, FL 33612: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Pool cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

• Day Shift (Preferred)
