We are a large QSR and retail group in South Florida seeking Rockstar Assistant Managers for our busy and popular fried chicken concept in Lehigh Acres, FL. We've been in the quick-service restaurant business for several generations so we know a little bit about success. We're all about finding talented folks and giving them the tools and knowledge to make it to the top.

What are we seeking?

Required: Minimum 1 year of Assistant Manager or Team Leadership role for a fast food or QSR restaurant.

• Minimum 8 months to 1-year experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment or supervisory position.
• Ability to interact in a positive and professional manner with Guests and coworkers
• A true team player and ability to lead others
• Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stations
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Manager ensures that all Popeyes operational standards governing food preparation, service, sanitation, cleanliness, security, employee appearance, and conduct are adhered to
• This requires supervising employees to prepare high-quality food, to provide customers with courteous, efficient service in clean, well-maintained surroundings
• Soliciting customer feedback and resolving customer complaints
• Oversees shift procedures for opening, operating, and closing restaurants
• Training and coaching team members
• Forecasting, crew schedule
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
• Supervise product production.
• Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed.
