Porter
Job Summary: We are seeking a hard-working and dedicated Porter to join our team. The Porter will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property's common areas, grounds, and amenities. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, stairways, elevators, and lobbies
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and landscaping
- Keep common areas and grounds free of debris and litter
- Ensure that all amenities, such as fitness centers and pools, are clean and well-maintained
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Assist with move-in and move-out inspections as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
- Respond to emergency situations as needed
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times
Requirements:
- No experience is needed for this position
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
