Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting of the leasing office, gym, laundry facilities, mail rooms, fitness center, and restrooms.
• Ensure all areas of the facility including the dumpster areas are free of debris and maintained to a high standard.
• Maintain the exterior of the building and grounds such as removal of dog feces, garbage pick up, bulky item break down, graffiti removal, lighting on buildings and carports, pressure washing etc.
• Complete minor repairs and maintenance tasks, such as electrical work, plumbing, HVAC and painting,
• Notify management of any issues or repairs that require professional attention. Any safety hazards must be reported.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies and notify management when supplies are low.

Follow all safety and sanitation protocols. Wear uniform and PPE.

Receive ongoing training and support to improve your skills and advance your career.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and move objects 50lbs or less.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, follow orders and take constructive critism.
• Ability to be a team player and work at other properties when needed assistance is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
