Position Overview

The Portfolio Trading Specialist's primary responsibility is assisting in the maintenance and trading of client accounts within the firm’s portfolio management system, Tamarac Trading®, through multiple custodians.

The right candidate has the in-the-weeds technical knowledge in working with custodians to execute trades and robust experience with industry portfolio reporting and trading technology.

The position can be fully remote but prefer ability to work from one of our office locations in OH or PA.

Responsibilities:

• Maintains Tamarac Trading®
• Executes and reconciles trades at multiple custodians
• Assists and supports Investment Committee
• Contributes to team effort

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
• 3+ years of custodial experience with Fidelity, Pershing, TDA, or Schwab
• 2+ years of relevant trading experience, preferably with Tamarac Trading®
• Working knowledge of asset allocation and portolio construction/management
• Standard work hours generally tied to market hours
• Thoroughly enjoy and excel at highly detail-oriented work
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
