GMC Danvers is looking for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager with a successful track record and a commitment to exceed expectations.
Job Duties Include:
- Maintain a balanced inventory of pre-owned vehicles and turn rate.
- Accurately appraise all trade-ins and coordinate reconditioning
- Train and coach sales staff on the art of educating prospective pre-owned vehicle prospects.
- Control pre-owned inventory, car lot, advertising, deliveries
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years as a Used Car Manager in a dealership environment
- Strong Appraisal, negotiating and closing skills.
- Auction experience.
- Current knowledge of market pricing & trends
- Reynolds and Auto experience a plus
- Valid Driver’s license with good driving record.
- Motivated, goal oriented, and possesses the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
