Position: Pre-Owned Sales Manager
Status: Full-Time
Dealership: Lamborghini Seattle, Bentley, McLaren, Rolls-Royce and OpenRoad Northwest
Department: Sales
Must be driven to succeed, in work and in life. We are closed Sundays. Monday to Saturday, closed 6PM.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Playing an active role in each customer interaction and assisting Advisors in all aspects of the sale process, most importantly securing sale transactions.
- Structuring new + used vehicle transactions according to dealer + manufacturer guidelines.
- Working with sales associates and leading team towards targets, including measuring performance, and evaluating trades.
- Leading regular team meetings
- Commitment to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Providing highest level of customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Developing processes that align with sales goals and involve various departments.
- Training + coaching new and tenured Advisors on product knowledge, sales process, team objectives… etc.
- Daily check-in and check-out to ensure daily metrics are met.
- Vehicle stocking, tracking, ordering, forecasting
- Familiarity with OEM guidelines and state/city automotive legislation
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- High level experience in vehicle acquisition via trade, auction, wholesale, consignment
- Extremely self-motivated with unparalleled standards and strong leadership skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, have the ability to work effectively with all levels and departments of the organization.
- Strong principles and values in all business practices
- Strong administrative abilities
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Full commitment and accountability with completion of team initiatives, strategic plans, business campaigns, target achievements… etc.
- Familiar with Excel, Powerpoint, Word and other digital office platforms.
- Well organized and detail orientated.
- Minimum of 2 years automotive sales management experience, with a valid VSA License.
- Additional language skills considered a strong asset: Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Urdu, Hindi, Farsi… etc.
- Experience with various automotive platforms. Ie: Reynolds, CUDL, Cox Automotive, vAuto, One-Eighty, CDK, Rapid Response, AutoTrader 1source, Rapid Recon… etc
- Valid WA State driver’s license
