Job description
Tailwind Concessions LLC, a national airport concessionaire, operates airport concessions at airports across the country. This location is looking for a strong, skilled prep cooks who are excited to join our team at the Juneau, AK airport.
Some Responsibilities to Include:
- Review and understand all kitchen and health codes.
- Review and understand knife and slicer safety procedures.
- Daily prep of all menu items.
- Ensuring proper cleaning and sanitation is done.
- Label & rotate all food.
Must have reliable transportation, open availability and must be able to pass a back-ground check to receive an airport badge. Current food handlers card and TAPS card(over 21) required.
Looking to fill part time or full time till the end of summer season.
