Job Summary: Are you looking to join a team that has deep roots in the Louisville area? Falls City is looking for diverse and energetic candidates who have a passion for the food industry. This position will be responsible for the pre-shift set up, execution of menu items, and post-shift clean-up in the kitchen.

Essential Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation, presentation, and execution of all items on the menu
• Ability to prioritize food orders in a timely manner
• Set up workstation with products and utensils to prepare for the shift
• Uphold high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety throughout the kitchen
• Adjust ingredients and menu items to accommodate special requests
• Complete end of shift cleaning for equipment and breakdown of work station
• Prepare selected items for events, private parties, or catering
• Work with team members to communicate clearly and listen on needs of the kitchen
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Push and/or lift a minimum of 40 pounds
• Cook menu items in line with company standards and expectations
• Must be a team player and demonstrate a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on food quality and customer satisfaction

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
