RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans and directs all aspects of the ISV and Nonprofit channels including sales, onboarding, management, and growth projections

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the fiscal function and performance of the Direct ISV and Nonprofit Channels

• Participate in the development of the integration offering and programs as a strategic partner to the enterprise

• Develop credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends in order to assist the Board and senior executives in performing their responsibilities

• Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field AND 10 years of sales experience in the payment industry; OR MBA AND 8 years of sales experience in the payment industry

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7 years of people leadership experience

• Extensive knowledge in a variety of field concepts, practices and procedures

• Excellent communications skills with all levels of the organization

• Excellent presentation skills to support all industry needs, fiscal and product demands
