Be responsible for pricing administration functions, including managing daily price fails and pricing holds, executing price changes, assuring acceptable margins are met, maintaining freight tables, assisting in the validation of pricing deductions, and ensuring associated master file maintenance data integrity.

Serve as key liaison between numerous internal cross-functional business partners, including sales, customer service, supply chain, cash & collection, credit, deduction management, and commercial finance. Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, mainly customers and brokers. Engage and collaborate in the development and implementation of corrective actions to address current price discrepancies and prevent future occurrences.

How You’ll Add Value:

• Investigate and correct price discrepancies in a timely manner by initiating contact with key stakeholders and business partners. Determine root causes of pricing and/or freight allowance discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent future incidents.
• Maintain Foodservice and Retail price fails below prescribed guidelines.
• Perform price maintenance functions to ensure proper list pricing as well as any approved price deviations at the customer level. Maintain accurate pricing in SAP in relation to price changes.
• Produce and distribute price files to required customers in support of price increases, enabling customer systems to be appropriately updated and maintained.
• Research and validate pricing related deductions and assist in the recovery of rebills in a timely manner.
• Engage Commercial Finance to ensure that budgeted sales margins are maintained.
• Assist in refining pricing process to improve pricing procedures. Work closely with supervisor to implement innovation.
• Maintain freight tables in SAP and communicate to all parties accordingly.
• Participate in assigned projects and provide critical business insights to streamline processes and drive transaction efficiencies.

About You:

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• 1+ years experience in Accounting or Account Management required.
• Strong PC skills including MS Excel required.
• Previous SAP experience preferred.
• Effective oral and written communications skills.
• Able to work independently and multi-task to meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient organization skills.
