We have an opportunity for a Principal/Partner who will support the Financial Management Oversight Review (FMO) at the U.S. Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration (FTA).

The duties and skills of the Principal/Partner position include but not limited to:

• Responsible for interaction with customer on transit financial management oversight and technical issues.
• Providing analysis and assistance to senior government officials on transit industry related issues.
• Oversees multiple large-scale, complex, technical financial management oversight activities.
• Responsible for all aspects of resource allocation, budget development, task deliverable, quality control and task performance requirements.
• Serve as the principal liaison with customer for business and technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant.
• Must have a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in transit related financial consulting or management.
• Must demonstrate significant management experience with complex program of increasing size and difficulty.

Term: Base and four (4) Option Periods

Salary: Negotiable

Hours: Monday – Friday- Alternate work schedule available.
