Base salary is one component of our total rewards strategy. Compensation decisions and the base range for this role take into account many factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range is $64,480.00 - $108,160.00.

Work with the Chief Privacy Officer and a cross-functional privacy team to support the needs of Esri’s privacy program. With guidance and support, you will take on a variety of privacy matters, with growing autonomy as you become comfortable with typical tasks. Enjoy the opportunity to interact with different levels and functions within the organization while being at the center of coordinating Esri’s efforts to responsibly handle personal data for Esri’s business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a register of privacy-related tasks, assist with prioritizing the tasks and following up with stakeholders to move the matters to completion
- Handle internal inquiries from the privacy email alias and direct to appropriate business units for timely response
- Assist with responding to internal and external privacy-related inquiries and questionnaires
- Review, draft and negotiate privacy-related agreements to assist Privacy Attorney
- Partner with Privacy attorney to review and draft internal privacy-related policies, procedures, and guidance documents
- Review third-party privacy policies, opt-in, and consent language
- Educate internal customers on privacy issues
- Prepare and deliver privacy-related training
- 2 years of experience in a privacy or information security -related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a significant volume of inquiries in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a collegial, fast-paced environment
- Quick learner, proactive, analytical, well organized, and detail oriented
- Excellent Microsoft Office and computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- CIPP, CIPM or similar certification
- Experience in reviewing and drafting agreements and policies and procedures
