Reading/Math Tutor - Winter Haven, FL
PRIVATE READING/MATH TUTORS NEEDED! (Winter Haven, FL 33884)

Immediate opening to tutor children from PK- 6th grade in reading, writing, and spelling, and math. An Upper-Level Math tutor is also open.

A privately owned and rapidly growing tutoring business in Winter Haven is looking for an energetic and outgoing person who loves children and teaching, and who wants to make a difference in the lives of students. This person will have a direct impact on a student's ability to learn to read, write and spell. Some math tutoring at the elementary and middle school levels may be necessary as well. We are also looking for an additional upper-level math tutor who can work with middle school, high school students, and college students in Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra II, and SAT, ACT, PERT, etc. tests.

Required Hours of Availability: Monday - Friday 3:00 - 8:00 pm

1690 Dundee Road, Winter Haven, FL 33884 (1 position)

~Must live within a 20 minutes radius of the location to be considered.

~Our tutoring facility is open year-round.

- Teaching certification or previous teaching or tutoring experience necessary
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be energetic and outgoing and love working with children and young adults
- Education degree or previous experience tutoring is preferred
- Must have a clean background and pass a background check

- Availability during the days and hours listed above
