Integrated Refunds has an excellent opportunity for a full-time Processing Specialist in our Irvine, CA headquarters. Our company specializes in helping small and medium-sized businesses effectively navigate and apply for their ERC (Employee Retention Credit) tax refund.

The Opportunity:

Integrated Refunds is looking for a Processing Specialist to help us scale customer retention, engagement, and operational processes. Your role will be integral in influencing and shaping the overall customer experience. You will be working cross-functionally with operations and sales in helping our customers achieve their maximum refunds.

General Responsibilities:

· Work with cross-functional teams to support all aspects of client success, which includes but is not limited to: organizing, verifying & approving required documentation for each client.

· Communicating with the sales team as to what documentation is remaining to collect from the client.

· Working directly with our team of CPAs to share documentation.

· Once the tax filing has been prepared you will be required to compile and submitting the completed Tax Credit Package to clients. This requires a strong attention to detail and good Excel skills are a must.

· Contribute to developing processes, scale customer success and achieve Integrated Refunds’ company growth goals.

· Provide education and support to our customers throughout the entire process to ensure they can benefit from the services we offer.

· Provide training, oversight, and support to other Processing Specialists, as needed.

Compensation:

Pay Range is $28-$32/hr + a generous bonus plan
