About the Role
This is a very critical role within the new global non-trade Procurement organization, supporting the delivery of procurement savings projects in assigned areas of spend such as Finance, HR, Legal, Marketing, Logistics, etc.
This role will be responsible for collaborating with the relevant senior business and functional stakeholders in the sourcing and ongoing supplier management of all spend in the designated categories (e.g. IT, Logistics, Marketing, HR, etc.). This involves developing an annual sourcing plan, managing contract expirations and leading sourcing and negotiation events with major vendors. In addition, the role would be responsible for maintaining a sourcing Center of Excellence and providing sourcing support services to non-trade procurement professionals globally. This is a key role directly responsible for contributing to annual cost savings / P & L benefits.

What You'll Do
- Evaluates and approves detailed contracts for risk assessments and negotiations with business unit's management, executives and/or suppliers to execute final contracts/agreements.
- Develops standard and non-standard contract language and facilitates negotiating techniques for regional and strategic global RFP processes of indirect spend in the area of products, services and goods required for TD SYNNEX operations.
- Directs and leads a team of Sourcing Specialists who support Sourcing Strategy execution.
- Develops and implements corporate policies and procedures related to non-Trade Procurement, to ensure such policies mitigate risk and advance the organization's strategies. Maintains the procurement site and tools for business unit reference and usage.
- Resolves regional and/or global purchasing initiatives by ensuring proactive communication, coordination, and consensus-building among the organization's entities.
What We're Looking For
- 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.
- 3 to 5 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Other Education / Certifications: Professional certification (e.g. ISM, GBTA, TBBTA) or active participation in a professional purchasing related organization preferred
