As an E-bike Product Demonstrator, you will be responsible for showcasing the company's range of E-bikes to potential customers, promoting their features and benefits, and answering any queries they may have. You will be required to create a positive customer experience, highlight the advantages of E-bikes over traditional bicycles, and generate interest and excitement around the products.

Part-time (16 -24 hours a week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct E-bike product demonstrations and test rides for potential customers in a friendly and informative manner.
• Explain the features and benefits of E-bikes to customers and answer their questions.
• Provide customers with product information, technical specifications, and pricing details.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and developments, as well as competitor products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to increase the number of E-bike sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized E-bike demonstration area.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times

Requirements:

• A passion for cycling and experience riding E-bikes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to customers.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• An outgoing personality and the ability to engage with customers.
• A proactive approach to generating interest and excitement around products.
• Knowledge of the cycling industry, including E-bikes and their benefits.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• A valid driver's license and ability to transport E-bikes to demonstration locations.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

• Los Angeles, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
