Job Description

You will define the product vision, roadmap, and objectives for our customer service CRM technology platform that will allow us to deliver an industry-leading customer service experience

Responsibilities:
  • You will lead the development, testing, implementation and maintenance of CRM customizations, applications, extensions, and integrations
  • You will be responsible for the successful delivery of the CRM product, ensuring that it meets the success criteria of your stakeholders
  • You will partner with the Tech Lead to ensure alignment and feasibility of product and technical vision and requirements
  • You will obsess over KPIs and user feedback to continually refine the product
  • You will create testing and implementation plans, including user training and documentation
  • You will ensure the product meets all legal, regulatory, risk and control requirements
  • You will be hands on, detail orientated, and outcome focused, as well as a strong team player

Key Skills:
  • Demonstrated expertise in delivering / scaling CRM platforms and tools; preference for candidates with experience in contact centre and / or operations capabilities
  • Expert knowledge of CRM functionality and tools so that these can enable the quick delivery of new features
  • Experience in a complex software environment with Agile/Scrum development
    • Expert-level knowledge in Agile principles, processes, and best practices
    • Strong experience with planning, prioritising, and maintaining product backlogs
    • Strong experience assessing value, developing cases, and prioritising stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value and is aligned with product strategy
    • Strong experience with hypothesis-driven development, product experimentation, and product analytics
  • Strong communicator and comfortable in explaining product design / architecture / roadmap to a wide range of audiences from both technology and business backgrounds
