• Interview, hire, and develop high-performing team of Project and Product Managers
• Meet with team members regularly to help them set, measure, and achieve developmental and performance goals, correcting performance where necessary
• Set project and product management standards that align with industry best practices and train team accordingly
• Work with customers to clarify their needs and represent the voice of the customer to the development team
• Generate and maintain a product roadmap to clarify how the product vision will be attained
• Clarify, communicate, and track expected return on investment for proposed product enhancements
• Establish the vision, direction, and target market of the product
• Maintain a prioritized list of customer and product requirements to further the product direction
• Define projects following the product roadmap and support Project Managers in their implementation
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Project Managers to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
• Work with Support, Training, Account Managers and customers to ensure elevated product quality
• Analyze market trends and key competitors to strategically position product for future success
• Establish, communicate, and manage release cadence of product
• Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
• Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• BA/BS in business or technical field or equivalent work-related experience and training
• 8+ years relevant project management and agile development experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, common diagramming (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart), design (e.g. Sketch, Balsamiq), and project/issue management (e.g. Project, Jira) tools
• Understanding of product development lifecycle
• Ability to define the product direction and deliver on the product vision
• Occasional travel to visit with customers
