Pay: Starting at $115,000 (based on experience).

About the Job
The Product Manager is responsible for providing product line support for the hydrated lime business, leading specific product and market initiatives, and supporting the business management, sales, and customer service teams to help drive business results and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or other science field required.
Experience: Minimum of two years project management, operations, R&D, or technical service experience required.
Licenses: Valid Driver’s License required.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience: Commercial experience preferred.
Knowledge: Proficiency in chemistry, mineralogy, industrial chemical processes and material processing equipment is important.
Behaviors: Results-oriented, self-starter that proactively seeks opportunities for product and process improvement and drives such activities The Product Manager must be a strong team player as they will work closely with and lead efforts with sales, business management, customer service, supply chain, quality, operations, logistics, technical services and R&D
Skills: Proven track record of successful project implementations.
Abilities: Ability to be customer focused and drive direct customer interactions.
