The role
We are currently looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our growing Technical team.

You will work closely with the wider Technical and Marketing teams, supporting new and existing product changes, product launches, competitor analysis and evaluations.

You will also identify future trends and legislative demand affecting current and potential products, through customer and consumer insight.

What you'll do

• Use knowledge of competitor products, accreditation and activity to advise colleagues on competitive advantage
• Support the Product & Innovation Manager with relevant information range additions or reductions through product category sales analysis
• Identify & deliver new product opportunities and development / improvement of existing products
• Drive stop-press / product updates to our customer base, delivering information in language our customer will understand.
• Support roll out of new products to customers including training presentations and demonstrations
• Work with Project team to facilitate new product introduction / development using relevant process management / project tools.

What you'll need

• Demonstrable knowledge of the fenestration industry and supply chain
• Understanding of window fabrication and installation techniques
• Organised and able to work to deadlines and roadmaps
• Strong and clear communication, with a variety of stakeholders at different levels of seniority and knowledge
• Persuasion and negotiation skills
• Able to analyse complex data and look for trends in the market and users' opinions and behaviour
• Competent use of Microsoft Office packages and Autocad / InDesign software
