Job Description
Summary/objective:
This position is responsible for driving revenue and consumer growth through developing & executing strategic product marketing activities, maintaining creator/comedian/vendor relations, and constantly improving product performance through utilization of P&L data analytics.

- You OWN the success of your team members, including hiring, onboarding, goals, performance management, raises, terminations, etc.
- Hold team members accountable to their goals - help them grow and make the most of the resources they bring. Document their performance for reviews.
- Create opportunities for team members to take initiative and ownership.
- Give consistent and timely candid feedback with compassion - your team members need to know where they stand at all times. If you find yourself doubting a team member, address it swiftly with actionable feedback.
- Contributes in a way that moves the Angel mission forward and exemplifies the team qualities required for working at Angel.
- When faced with roadblocks, mistakes or unforeseen circumstances, consistently and proactively find creative solutions and/or break down barriers to handle the challenge or complication. (Focus is on creating/building/testing/learning/resolution rather than getting stuck and identifying or placing blame).
Essential functions
- Develop and implement product marketing plans and strategic approach for all new and current products
- Develop long term portfolio strategy and maintain product calendars 6 months in advance
- Work closely with brand managers and creators to develop and implement product plans and promotional strategies
- Creatively lead product’s strategic and operational approaches
- Maintain credible relations with creators, comedians, and other applicable parties in and out of the company
- Monitoring competitors' products to identify competitive gaps and opportunities.
- Maintain constant industry knowledge of trending and upcoming products in market
- Covert analytics of product metrics to easily digest to audiences and creators
- Analyzing sales, financial, and market data to support planning & forecasting and arrive at recommendations to achieve objectives
- Must attend and contribute to regularly scheduled staff meetings.
- Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in the English language required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.

- Proven strong expertise across various aspects of marketing, including brand marketing, PR, content management, digital marketing, and performance marketing
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, creators, creators, vendors, and brand managers
- Organized and self-disciplined, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional project management skills
- Expert experience in launching new products or new markets
Required education and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a product marketing role and a demonstrated track record of driving growth in a similar product category
- At least 3 years project management experience
- Previous experience in management or supervisory role
Preferred education and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a product marketing role and a demonstrated track record of driving growth in a similar product category
- 3+ years marketing project management experience
Work environment - When in the main office, expect a comfortable, air-conditioned work environment. Team members are issued their own desks, but the office is an open, shared space and can be fast-paced and occasionally noisy.
Physical demands - Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift or carry 20 lbs.
Position type and expected hours of work - Regular full-time, 40 hours per week.
Travel required - Must be willing and able to travel out-of-state and internationally if needed.
Work authorization - Must be authorized to work in the United States.
