We are looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Product Owner OmniPoint. In this role, the successful candidate will:

Serve as the Product Owner, leading the OmniPoint (LM's Competitive Intelligence Portal) Development Team. The individual will lead a core team of software developers and a broader matrixed team with technology resources, transforming how the corporation democratizes Competitive Intelligence (CI) to make it more accessible, discoverable, and analyzable for the strategy, BD, and technology workforce. The successful candidate will manage the backlog, execution, and evolution of OmniPoint, integrating technical and functional teams with an agile approach and mindset. They will be responsible for supporting the development of the annual roadmap in partnership with the Product Manager, Business Areas, and various functional stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the design, development, and implementation of user experiences on the product roadmap. They will support product and investment team meetings and gather continuous user-centered feedback to inform critical design and prioritization decisions in consultation with the Product Manager. Additionally, the candidate will support the system's adoption, expansion, and evolution through customer demos, ongoing feedback, and key stakeholder management. They will also support the platform's change management, adoption, and training.

Outside of these core responsibilities, the individual will have the opportunity to partner across GBDS to define and implement corresponding advanced analytics, metrics, and governance to execute an enterprise GBDS transformation strategy, including the integration of EO/BA tools and process improvements effectively and efficiently. This includes identifying and/or developing system and tool requirements to lead the change management effort required to gain support for stakeholder and user adoption of processes, tools, and outcomes. The individual will also define the maturity of the process, key indicators, and future ownership.

*** This role is scoped as a part-time telecommuting role - locations within a reasonable commuting distance to a major LM facility are strongly preferred ***

*** This is a rotational position supporting the 1LMX GBDS Transformation Program. This position is expected to be a 2–3-year assignment and upon conclusion of rotation the successful candidate would need to compete for a position outside the program ***
Basic Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience or knowledge of Strategy & Business Development processes (S&BD)
  • Demonstrated experience or knowledge of Competitive Intelligence processes
  • Demonstrated experience developing analyses, organizing data, and developing data-centered tools for business development and strategy applications
  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner in software development
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-functional, agile product teams
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating across Lockheed Martin Business Areas and functions
  • Excellent communication skills; capable of effectively communicating across a multitude of functional areas
  • Strong command of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $123,500 - $236,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $142,100 - $267,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
