Core Responsibilities
1. Responsible for defining and communicating the product vision by breaking down the broader business goals and incorporating into the backlog.
2. Define constraints or boundaries for attaining the product goal and work to resolve with the development team and stakeholders.
3. Understand how our technology systems work and deliver business value through the connection between the business objective and product team deliverables
4. Develop Product vision, OKRs, roadmap, synchronize it with the Product Family, and clearly communicate such with stakeholders
5. Define the business value for the Product and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary
6. Conduct/ participate in sprint ceremonies, accept sprint review results and ensure the appropriate stakeholders are involved
7. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- 2-3 years’ experience in working with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, user experience user interface, program management, etc.).
- Preference for experience in agile scrum ways of working
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

When our Crew return to the office, many will work in our hybrid model. A smaller proportion of our crew will operate in the Work from Home work model (for example, field sales crew); or in the Work from Office model (for example, portfolio managers).
