Eaton’s AER FMC Fuel Motion Control Systems division is currently seeking a Production Analyst. This position is based in our Jackson, MS facility.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $62250.03 - $91300.04 a year.

The Production Analyst provides support and expertise in all aspects of Plant Quality Systems functions; with a primary responsibility of Return to Service through a 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station.
What you’ll do:
- Perform Return to Service release through a 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station.
- Perform customer delegated source activities such as inspection of product, paperwork, and customer portal information.
- Perform Layered Process Audits of the Quality Management System.
- Partner with hourly and salary Quality team members to achieve team, function, and plant goals.
- Assist and support all final inspection and induction processes (OEM and Aftermarket).
- Monitor production processes and methods to assure maintenance of in-process quality levels and to prevent quality problems.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and suppliers to improve manufacturing processes and develop methods to eliminate quality problems.
- Investigate and resolve product quality problems caused by processes, material or worker error.
- Review rejected hardware to determine cause and corrective action.
- Maintain accurate records to comply with Company policy towards record retention.
- Partner with customers and attend customer and product specific training.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications
- Associate’s degree from an accredited institution or Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in quality or a technical field working with quality management systems or equivalent (AS9100, ISO 9001, TS16949). No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 60 miles of the Jackson, MS facility will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
- This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- ASQ Certification or equivalent.
- Mechanics (Airframe or Powerplant) or Repairman Certificate per 14 CFR Part 65.
