Compensation:
The compensation for this full-time position in the US is $22.00 - 26.50 + discretionary bonus. The range may vary based on factors such as location, job-related skills, experience, and education. Benefits are available to all full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week. Please note that the compensation information listed in job postings only includes the base salary, and does not include bonuses or benefits.

Job Summary
FAM is on the search for an incredible Production Assistant. We need people that are agile, have a "whatever it takes" attitude, and partner with internal teams to make incredible things happen. You must be a collaborative individual contributor without an ego, hands on, and "not my job" and "not in my job description" should never be spoken – it's all hands-on deck here, and we all work hard!
Key Responsibilities:
- Own AS400 data and updates for your projects
- Issue Purchase Orders to factories based on information obtained from Design & Product Development
- Track orders from PO to Ship (Work In Progress "WIP" Track)
- Sit in on all fittings for samples to ensure work was completed correctly, and provide feedback to internal and external stakeholders
- Own all vendor communication, once you've picked up where Product Development has left off
- Identify issues pre-PO, bringing them to the attention of PD and Design, to ensure no issues during the production process
- May a small team of Production Coordinators/Assistants - but you will still have your own job to do, as will they
Requirements:
- 2+ years of demonstrable experience
- Understand FOB / DDT
- Exceptionally organized with strong time management and multi-tasking ability
- Must be self-managing
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Experience working with factories across Asia & in different time zones
- No box builders – we want initiative takers and collaborative team members
- Import Experience (Asia) Helpful
