As our full-time Production Assistant, you work with our skilled construction professionals and contribute to the production of top-quality roofing projects.
We offer competitive pay between $16 - $18 per hour, based on experience. Not only will you be part of a dynamic team, but you'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package including 2 - 4 weeks of paid time off (PTO), flexible schedules, annual bonuses, and career development courses. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
As a Production Assistant, you work closely with our clients and our production team to assist in various aspects of our construction and roofing projects. A people person, you work directly with our customers to ensure their needs are met. You prepare materials and help ensure that the work site is safe and clean. Additionally, you perform quality control checks, schedule inspections, and maintain accurate records. As jobs progress, you keep an open line of communication with the client, keeping them up to date. When needed, you help purchase materials for a job. You take pride in the way that your work improves our efficiency!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Ability to effectively correspond with clients through email and over the phone
- Customer service skills
