We're recruiting for a Production Coordinator to join our team, where you will be working on TV and radio campaigns alongside both creative and content teams.

The role represents a unique opportunity to work on all campaigns including Christmas, working closely with our agency partners and stakeholders to deliver high quality productions. You will be part of a cross-functional team, so you will have a strong team work ethic and enjoy developing working relationships. The role is fun, varied, busy and provides many opportunities to further develop.

Your Role

• Develop, manage and maintain production process for TV and content assets including social and photography
• Drive continuous efficiencies through Production Management
• Manage the critical path for production with the agency partner
• Diarise team reviews and securing review and approval times with Senior Director
• Work with the creative agency to ensure they have the right samples for shoots including all logistics and returns
• Work cross-functionally with Trading, Marketing & George to source and order samples for both the cook up and the shoot
• Support and work with Campaign on preparing cook up brief and attending cook up from a production perspective
• Manage our internal storage unit and inventory
• Support the team from a production perspective and ensure correct use of wardrobe and products on shoot
• Support in sourcing store locations, colleagues and uniforms where required for shoots
• Wider admin support across the team including support for Senior Director

About You

• Production experience preferable but not essential
• Ability to manage and prioritise large, fast-paced and varied workload
• Excellent team collaboration and cross-functional working abilities
• Experience of agency management preferable but not essential
• A flair for creative thinking and problem solving
• Strong attention to detail, proactive and excellent organisational skills
• A passion and drive to work efficiently and learn
