Main functions:
The Night Production Manager is responsible for overseeing nightly activities in the production area to ensure the best quality product results. The Production Manager communicates and coordinates with Production Supervisors, Production Planner and Managers/Supervisors in other departments concerning production.

Salary:
Starting around $87,000 depending on experience + full benefits
Work week:
3rd shift, around 10pm-6am
Employment Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or
- Five years of leadership experience in the manufacturing industry – preferably in food manufacturing/aseptic processing.
Primary Objectives:
- Coordinates Quality activities and operations to meet objectives for quality, food safety, regulatory compliances, cost, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Participates in formulating and administering division’s short and long-range goals and objectives for business growth.
- Responsible for working in a safe manner, supporting, and adhering to all Safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures that support Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory requirements.
- Manages supervisors and fifty plus associates in a multi-line, high-speed, production environment.
- Manages staffing levels to maximize department output.
- Monitors, tracks efficiencies providing employees with clear focus and upper management with updates on shift performance.
- Facilitates continuous improvement and growth within the company.
- Conducts Supervisor meetings.
- Ensures timely, cost-effective manufacturing of all products.
- Review’s production and operation reports.
- Troubleshoots unusual or difficult issues requiring coordination and communication across departments.
- Collaborates with other department managers.
- Provides positive reinforcement, constructive criticism, and disciplinary actions as appropriate.
