Jones-Hamilton Co. is seeking a full-time 2nd shift (12:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.) Production/ Material Handler. Jones-Hamilton Co., a manufacturer and distributor of chemical products used in food processing, agriculture, consumer and industrial products markets is seeking full time Production/Material Handler for the Richburg, SC facility.

Production/Material Handler Responsibilities:

· Responsible for packaging and warehouse areas

· Loading and unloading railcars and trucks

· Ability to read and interpret customer requirements when filling packages

· Loading trucks; proper completion of the paperwork and computer based system transactions

· Aligning valves

· Setting up trucks and railcars

· Inspecting connections

· Filling trucks to their capacity

· Ensuring quality requirements are met at all times

Production/ Material Handler Requirements:

· High School Diploma/GED

· A minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

· Be able to lift 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations

· Must be able to climb stairs and ladders

· Must be able to pass the required 40 Hour OSHA HAZWOPER training and participate on the site’s Emergency Response Team

· Must be doctor-certified to wear a variety of respirators or masks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
