A role has arisen with Torbay Pharmaceuticals (also known as TP) - we are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead a team who really make a difference world wide.
You will be responsible for ensuring that manufactured products meet the requirements in law and comply with current Good Manufacturing Practice (c-GMP) under European Council Directive 2003/94.
The most rewarding parts of the Production Shift Manager role are successful management of the Production Teams to deliver quality medicines and also developing people through coaching and mentoring to build high performing teams.
You will be required to work flexibly - we work an Early/Late weekly rotation - Monday to Friday
