ATTC Manufacturing, a Tier 2 automotive supplier in Tell City, IN is seeking a 1st shift Production Supervisor. We are currently looking for a Production Supervisor for our 2nd shift operation. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. The person in this position will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of their employees.

Responsibilities include planning, assigning and coordinating work activities of the production department to meet production schedules; interviewing, hiring and training employees; analyzing and resolving work problems or assisting workers in solving work problems; and, recommending measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and, have great organizational skills. An Associate's degree or equivalent is preferred. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
