Job Purpose:

The Production Supervisor will coordinate production department activities and special projects. He/she will supervise team in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Ensure effective employee relations. Provide employee coaching and development. Resolve employee issues through problem resolution and consultation with HR.

· Role of Trainer for new operators and current operators to grow level up

· Improvement of Production Productivity

· Solving major quality Issues in terms of engineering points building 4Ps and 8Ds

· Actively participate in 5S Improvement at Shop floor (floor walk list up& follow up)

· Complete assigned work in a timely, efficient, and effective manner.

· Standardization of line operation including documentation with PE and training

· Promote continual improvement and cost saving opportunities.

· Maintain prompt and effective Training for all relevant (MSA, Tool change, Operation).

· Controlling daily HPS data completion and motivating all relevant to achieve 100%

· Increase first pass yield by improving measurement systems and optimize machining processes supporting PE

· Manage process variation by reviewing quality reports and implement corrective action for all non-compliance to ensure/maintain process control and capability

· Supervise for Change over team and control the team to improve Quality

· Perform Substitute Supervisor’s Role for Production Lines in case

· Supervise GP12& Quality Market Activities and the team

· Supervise for fork lift drivers

· Provides equipment –specific training as well as Safety training

· Perform payroll timekeeping and track absenteeism.

Qualifications:

· Understanding of GD&T for machining drawing

· Basic knowledge for Machining Field

· Comprehensive Understanding of Automotive industry (IATF).

· Character which controls mindset during stressful situation

· Character which makes good harmony with relevant Colleagues

· Ability to train operators on basic line operation to achieve efficiency goals.

· Understanding of Gage system

· Proficient in Microsoft excel, word and PPT.

· Able to work overtime during the week and on weekends as needed;

· Leadership matching supervisor level (preference for supervisor experience)

Requirements:

· Applicants must have at least 2years technical degree

Any completion of course Equal to Technical degree (including GPA)

· Need over 5years as Supervisor Career

· Intermediate Spanish capability will be preferred or communicative level

Supervisory Responsibility:

Supervisor has direct supervisory responsibility over assigned Production employees. In many cases, he/she will utilize the Team Leader position to assist with basic day-to-day operations.

1stShift 7 am to 5 pm and 2nd Shift 7 pm to 5 am (10 hour shifts).

Must have supervisor experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,120.00 - $65,400.00 per year
