We are recruiting for a Production Team Leader to join a well established, award winning manufacturer in Abertillery. This ia a hands on leadership role where you will not only be performing the duties of a Production Operator, but you will also be looking after your designated production zone.
- Communicate with, motivate and lead your team on the line effectively to achieve the desired results
- Understand the importance of working to quality, production and health and safety targets
- Use your attention to detail when completing shift change overs and working closely with maintenance and managers to ensure optimum production results
- Use your leadership skills when completing back to work interviews, performance reviews, taking part in discaplinaries and allocating the right people to the right jobs.
- Be involved with recruitment and training of new Production Operators
