Newkota Services and Rentals Production Testing Supervisor Job Description
Skills/Competencies needed:
- Ability to lead and supervise crews up to six without supervision
- Self-starter, organized and detail oriented
- Extensive knowledge of testing principles
- Extensive knowledge of separation process
- Demonstrate knowledge of onsite fluids and management/tracking
- Operate multi-equipment jobs
- Operate multi-services jobs
- Operate pressure tank equipment jobs
- Operate wells up to 10,000psi (shut in pressure)
- Operate sour wells
- Operate company vehicles and equipment
- Strong mechanical abilities to perform proper equipment maintenance
- Commitment to all health, safety and environmental procedures and laws
- Commitment to NewKota safety culture and service standards
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
- Manage multiple tasks and set priorities to meet project deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication with crew, teammates and supervisors
Requirements :
- Minimum one and a half to two years demonstrated knowledge in Production Testing operations
- Valid and current driver license with acceptable motor vehicle record
- Computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work 12 hours shifts (day and night) and utilize a 4 week notice policy for days off
- Adapt to changing climate and operational conditions
Pay: $47,706.18 - $84,151.52 per year
