Peoplelink Staffing Solutions has partnered with a well-established client in Milford, In. This company has been in production for 60 years and they are America’s leading producer of quality duck products. Production Job Summary:
- $18.50-$19.50
- All 3 Shifts available.
- Handling, sorting& organizing of raw meat and poultry product.
- Processing poultry utilizing hand tools such as knives, scissors, and saws.
- Oven roasting, marinating, prepping, deboning, and packing raw and ready to eat product.
- Manually packing & cutting up raw and cooked meat products
- Utilizing manual and automatic tape machines and labeling product.

Production Qualifications:
- Must be reliable.
- Must be able to work in wet and/or cold environment.
- No HS/GED required.
- Must be able to work required overtime.
- Must be OK with duck processing.
- Must be able to follow written/verbal directions.
- Must be able to work individually or as a team.
