Description
SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst to join our team in Sterling Heights MI. In this role, the candidate will work with senior program personnel to record, provide input and feedback for deliverables in support of the Prime Contractor.
This position is contingent upon contract award expected March 2023.
This is a 100% Remote / Work from Home position.
Duties will include:
- Assist with development of weekly reports and program status briefs that are presented to the program office
- Analyze, create, and present reports on program status and execution
- Provide accurate and analytical data to illustrate budget impacts and make recommendations for programmatic decision
- Routinely interact with senior personnel to collect data for requirements of the program
- Provide recommendations for briefing program status
- Review documentation, track implementation and execution of support
- Analyze program schedules and finding critical activities
- Project coordination and managing project interdependencies with the Prime and lower tier suppliers
- Develop information and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentations and other designated products in support of the customer
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's Degree or ten (10) years of general work experience; four (4) years of experience must be in project planning and reporting
- Communicate well with high level leadership
- Work within a team to find solutions
- Document processes and provide expertise for customer feedback
- Meet specified deadlines - position is very time sensitive with deliverable schedule
- Maintain schedules, track progress, and provide status reports
- Moderate to High skill set with a combination of MS Office, MS Project, and Adobe
REQUIRED CLEARANCE:
- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Experience and familiarity with TACOM and GVSC
- Experience with Ground Combat Vehicle Programs
- Experience planning and executing budgets
Target salary range: $125,001 - $150,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
