Program Specialist: After School Care - Bryan, TX (Tentative Start Date August 7, 2023)

Schedule: No weekends! Part-time - Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Pay & Benefits:

• $20.00/hour

As an AlphaBEST Program Specialist, you'll be trained to do the following:

• Provide support, organization, and coordination to regional field operations team members and leaders as they carry out organizational goals.
• state the successful delivery of program fidelity, stakeholder satisfaction, adherence to state licensing regulations, and positive behavior strategies.

Here's what you'll need:

• Previous experience in an elementary school setting, school administration, or a school-age childcare setting is strongly desired.
• BA or BS in Education or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and supervisory skills are required, preferably in a multi-site environment.
• Serves as a positive role model; must be enthusiastic, energetic, creative, and sensitive to children.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively with a diverse population.
• Ability to work independently, balance multiple tasks, set priorities, and solve problems.
• Quick learner with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, dynamic environment.
• Knows how to organize, plan, prioritize and follow through to achieve timely project completion.
• Travel to local area programs is required.
• Proven ability to provide a supportive and caring environment for children.
