Job Summary & Objective
The Project Coordinator will prepare project updates, statistical reports, and drafts of client deliverables, coordinate with internal business partners to request task completion and assist with escalations and exception review, monitor project timelines and project plans, and assist with quality assurance for client deliverables.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Must follow and meet Key Performance Expectations (KPEs) for this role.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and establish a “continuous improvement” mindset.
- Supports and implements new and existing policies and procedures.
- Promotes collaboration within the team.
- Maintain, reinforce and hold others accountable for corporate values, mission and vision.
- Assists with preparation and maintenance of project plans, timelines and schedules to meet project objectives.
- Prepares drafts of project support items such as follow-up letters, IVR messages, and website content.
- Reviews exception items and escalations identified by internal business partners, identify and communicate issues and assisting with resolution and communication.
- Works collectively with internal business partners to achieve program objectives, which may include review of operations procedures, providing information for script development, etc.
- Follows best-practice project planning and status reporting per established standards and procedures.
- Prepare project and program statistics and reports.
- Review and resolution of correspondence and sensitive documents.
- Completes database research and review of records to answer inquiries, monitor project outcomes, and review positive pay and processing exceptions.
- Requests completion of project deliverables through Insider and RSRS requests, monitor and follow up as assigned.
- Participates in project meetings, track action items and prepare minutes as assigned.
- All other responsibilities as assigned.
Minimum Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Two years of college or equivalent.
- Previous business or project experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Able to work extended hours on occasion.
- Positive and professional attitude.
“The pay range for this position starts at $37,400 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.”
