Description:
Quick Fire Challenge Project Coordinator to take ownership over several aspects of QFC operations, while helping identify the drive and development of process improvement opportunities.
In this role, you will support the QFC program by:
- Assisting the QFC build process including project plan development, communication calendar, and application development on the QFC application portal
- Managing the applicant review process including recruitment and training of reviewers and judges, timely collection of scores, and development of reports for the review call/judging rounds
- Owning day-to-day inbound/outbound QFC applicant contacts, including response and resolution
- Monitoring QFC project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, and escalating risks
- Improving existing workflows and finding automation opportunities within each step in the QFC process
- Contributing to ongoing engagement with the portfolio of QFC awardees globally
- Working closely with internal Company teams ranging from legal, regulatory, technology, and BU/sector teams. You will also be interacting closely with QFC applicants, Company portfolio companies, and external vendor(s)
- Playing a critical role in supporting QFC management (Director of Sourcing Innovation, Strategic Planning & Operations Manager, Global Sourcing Activations Senior Manager, Global Sourcing Activations Manager) in long term strategy and impactful scaling of the QFC program

Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or above (science related degrees preferred)
- Passion for working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment is required
- Demonstrated adaptability to work across functions and therapeutic areas is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required
- Demonstrated organization skills with strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to multi-task is required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) is required; familiarity with Salesforce and project management tools (i.e., Asana) is preferred
- Prior success working in a business operations environment (e.g., project/process management) with a track record of driving process improvements is preferred

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
