We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Customer Experience Team to help drive and improve the customer and colleague journey through the delivery of continuous improvement and robotic automation.

Your Role

You will be liaising with the Customer Experience Team and wider Customer Services Teams to identify process improvement opportunities for our customers and colleagues. Working with a Lean/Six Sigma approach to streamline the process and project manage through to delivery, utilising robotic automation where possible. You'll also be providing high quality responses to queries and IT requests from our colleagues and customers. Other responsibilities include:

• Delivering effective internal communication and updates to the key stakeholders on project progress and successes
• Supporting project teams during the analysis and planning stages of the projects
• Being responsible for data collection, process flow mapping and management for all customer journeys
• Managing continuous improvement projects, on time with clear communication and stakeholder management
• Helping to build requirements and test feature developments, acting as a sign off point
• Managing internal problem-solving queries providing effective solutions to maintain an excellent customer experience
• Being a key liaison between Customer Service and the business ensuring clear communication and ownership of feature requirements and customer launch activity for process improvement projects
• Supporting in the submission of Robotic Process Automation candidates into the IT development teams to improve the overall efficiency of the department
• Creating and maintaining system users guides ensuring changes are captured and redistributed to all relevant people for all process improvement projects
• Recognising and actively promoting the advantages of business change
• Co-ordinating training and ongoing support for process improvement projects and system related processes

Skills & Experience

• Experience in preparing and analysing data, offering solutions and ideas for improvement
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Excellent IT and systems knowledge
• Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve
• Effective people management, engagement, and motivational skills
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Approachable with the ability to coach and support team members
• Proven relationship building skills
• Strong attention to detail
