SectorSite is currently seeking an entry level project coordinator with 1+ years of experience to work in our NY & NJ markets, this is a full-time position based out of Whippany, NJ.
Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
- Daily follow up, completion of and upload of Project Close Out Packages (COPs) between both customer and contractors
- Assist with Site access; Coordinate with customers, tower owners and contractors as needed
- Provide assistance to the Real Estate Team with Organization and uploading of Completed Project Documents completed by Vendors
- Obtain Various Vendor Quotes. i.e. cranes, lifts, consumables or other services vendors
- Assist with finding new vendors and contractors
- Maintain and update Project trackers
- Create Google survey forms as needed
- Track maintenance, repairs, registration, & insurance on our vehicles
- Track and schedule re-certifications and trainings for EH&S needs
- Assist staff with access requests and registrations with customer databases and application tools
- Maintain customer Avetta requirements
- Assist with keeping service contracts and COIs current with customers
- Manage project dates online in customer databases, download documents, work project trackers (Excel, Google Sheets), create + manage project folders
- Assist with Business / Office Administrative duties as needed
