We are looking for a motivated Project Engineer, who enjoys water or wastewater engineering services, to join our team in our West Union, IA, office. We are interested in talented, trustworthy, and skilled people who are passionate about providing personalized attention to our clients.
What you'll do
You will help with projects that require you to apply standard practices and techniques, adjust and correlate data, recognize discrepancies, and follow standard procedures. You will build relationships with clients and prospective clients and work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
We promote a team environment, so you'll work with fellow engineers, environmental scientists, and many more people. And you'll develop leadership skills that build autonomy.

What it takes*
We're looking for someone with a bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering. If you have five or more years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably at a professional consulting firm, then we're interested. You should be a licensed professional engineer or demonstrate the ability to secure licensure shortly after starting employment.
You should speak and write well. And you should have strong analytical and organizational skills. You must be a team player.
