SpringSeal Inc. a leader in plastic sealing systems is looking for a Project Engineer to join our team! (Previous plastics manufacturing experience is a must!)

SpringSeal, Inc. provides a large range of custom sealing systems for an emerging global market. We are located in Ravenna, OH in a "state of the art" newly expanded facility, near Route 14 and Route 44. ..."We're growing! Come grow with us!!"

The Project Engineer will partner with the necessary department managers in establishing objectives and procedures and determine appropriate personnel and timelines for the completion of projects. This person will be responsible for maximizing the efficiency and profitability of projects and determine the specifications and acquire the necessary material to successfully complete projects.

Other duties include monitoring project performance and informing the management of the company of any schedule changes and working closely with any stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ravenna, OH 44266: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Plastics Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Project Management: 2 years (Preferred)
