As a project manager lead, reporting into the Corporate HR PMO, you'll apply leadership competencies and project management skills in the end-to-end delivery of large, complex corporate HR projects. You'll work with project sponsors and a range of stakeholders, including business and technical resources. Projects are enterprise-level and may vary widely from system implementations to DEI initiatives to large-scale programs. Responsibilities include project management, developing project scope and objectives, stakeholder analysis, project planning, project team communication, organizational change management, and leading project teams in areas such as requirements gathering, testing, and implementation. This position may perform program and/or project portfolio management functions. This is a remote position.

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of six years related professional experience in Human Resources or project management.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of eight years of related professional experience in Human Resources or project management.

Preferred skills

  • Proven project management experience including the ability to initiate and lead a project with little direction or supervision, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Familiar with industry standard project management principles and methodologies (PMBOK, Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid); certification(s) in project management a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, consult and collaborate with all levels in the organization, including senior business leaders, to obtain desired results
  • Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical resources to implement new systems, initiatives, and/or programs, including change management
  • Technical aptitude and proficiency in project management software, including experience building complex project plans

Compensation

  • $82,400 - $109,900/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
